Returns and eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 2 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.
- You must contact Tanziz Collection within 2 calendar days of delivery.
- A clear unboxing/opening video showing the package, tracking or shipping label, and the item as received is required for return or refund requests.
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required evidence may not qualify.
- Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Return method and shipping
Please contact Tanziz Collection before sending any return. Approved returns are sent by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Do not send any item back without receiving return instructions from Tanziz Collection.
Refunds and replacements
Once the returned item and required evidence are reviewed and the return is approved, Tanziz Collection will process the applicable refund or replacement. Refund/replacement processing takes up to 7 business days after approval. Refunds, where applicable, are issued through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for eligible items, subject to availability and approval. Customer-paid shipping applies to approved exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or wrong items
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 calendar days of delivery. The required unboxing/opening video is compulsory for defective or wrong-item claims. If approved, Tanziz Collection will provide the applicable replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not available. Please review our Cancellation Policy for more information.
International returns
International returns are not accepted.
