At Tanziz Collection, we inspect every item carefully before dispatch to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Defective or damaged item received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Shipping or courier charges for returning the item will be paid by the customer.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.

  • COD shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Order number

  • Photo/video of the defective/wrong item

  • Reason for return
